$20 PER NIGHT FOR EACH ADDITIONAL GUEST FOR YOUR DURATION OF STAY, SLEEPS 5 COMFORTABLY
TO A MAXIMUM OF 7 PEOPLE - ONE TIME SURCHARGE OF $30. WILL BE ADDED FOR HIDE A BED LINENS.
ONE WEEK BOOKINGS PREFERRED IN JULY AND AUGUST UNLESS SPACE IS AVAILABLE (MINIMUM 5 NIGHT STAY)
A THREE NIGHT MINIMUM STAY APPLIES IN JUNE AND SEPTEMBER

Checking In and Out:
Check in time is 3 pm
Check out time is 11 am (with some flexibility if arranged in advance).
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation and date changes are permitted up to 30 days prior to arrival. Deposit is forfeited if stay is cancelled within 30 days of arrival. (Mountain View Cottage will refund deposit minus $50 admin fee
if we can rebook this time for you).
Payment:
Cash, Cheque, VISA or Mastercard.
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking.
The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival. By booking the cottage with your credit card you agree that you are purchasing your accommodations in advance. *MAY BE SUBJECT TO HST IN 2010
